Unable to Access Spoutible

To improve our security measures, some updates have resulted in certain features and devices being blocked. Please follow these steps in the exact order to resolve the issue. Do not skip a step.

For Android Users:

Step 1: Navigate to your Android's app settings.
Step 2: Locate and select "Spoutible."
Step 3: Tap on "Storage."
Step 4: Clear both DATA and CACHE by deleting them.
Step 5: Uninstall the Spoutible app.
Step 6: Restart your device.
Step 7: Install the latest version of Spoutible from the Google Play store.


For iPhone/iPad Users:

Step 1: Access your iPhone/iPad's settings.
Step 2: Go to "General."
Step 3: Select "iPhone Storage" (or "iPad Storage").
Step 4: Locate and select Spoutible.
Step 5: Tap on the "Delete App" button.
Step 6: Restart your device.
Step 7: Install the latest version of Spoutible from the App Store.

For Web Browser Users:

Step 1: Clear your browser's cookies and cache.
Step 2: Close and reopen your browser.
