The following conduct is strictly prohibited for automated accounts:

  1. Spamming or sending unsolicited messages: Automated accounts must not send spam or unsolicited messages to users on the platform.
  2. Impersonating other users: Automated accounts must not impersonate other users or engage in identity fraud.
  3. Misrepresenting the source of content: Automated accounts must not post content that misrepresents the source or origin of the content.
  4. Manipulating platform metrics: Automated accounts must not be used to manipulate platform metrics, such as followers, likes, or engagement.

Automated accounts may be used for legitimate purposes, such as promoting content, sending notifications, or providing customer support. However, all automated accounts must be clearly identified as such, and must not engage in any prohibited conduct.
