Spoutible strictly prohibits the posting or sharing of any content that depicts or promotes child sexual exploitation 

Examples of Child Sexual Exploitation on Spoutible may include: 


  1. Sharing or posting images or videos that depict child sexual abuse or child pornography. 
  2. Encouraging or soliciting others to produce or share child sexual exploitation material. 
  3. Creating or sharing sexually suggestive or explicit content that features minors. 
  4. Using the platform to groom or exploit minors for sexual purposes.
  5. Creating or sharing content that glorifies or romanticizes child sexual exploitation or abuse.

We encourage users to report any suspected child sexual exploitation material. We will take immediate action, including disabling the user's account, removing the prohibited content, and reporting the user to the appropriate authorities, such as law enforcement and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). 

Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they post or share on the platform does not violate this policy. Failure to comply may result in the termination of the user's account and legal action.
 

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the law or best practices.
