Violent, Gory, or Graphic Content

Spoutible prohibits the posting of violent, gory, or graphic content. Violent, Gory or Graphic content refers to any media that depicts or glorifies violence, injury, death, gore, or other forms of harm, as well as explicit sexual content.

Examples of Violent Gory/Graphic Content on Spoutible may include:

Posting explicit or violent images or videos that depict explicit violence, gore, or mutilation.
Sharing or promoting images or videos that depict acts of self-harm or suicide.
Sharing or promoting images or videos that depict explicit sexual acts or nudity in a violent or gory manner.
Posting or sharing images or videos that depict real-life violence, including war, terrorism, or mass shootings.
Posting or sharing images or videos that depict cruelty to animals.

Exceptions may be made for documentary, educational, food processing and hunting.

If you come across a post, account, or any other content that you believe violates this policy, please report it to us. Spoutible will review all reports and take appropriate action, including but not limited to removal of the content, disabling the user's account, and reporting the user to law enforcement if necessary.

Users are solely responsible for the content they post and share on Spoutible and must comply with this policy and all applicable laws.

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the law or best practices.
