Harassment and Bullying

Users are prohibited from engaging in harassment or bullying of any kind on Spoutible. Harassment and bullying refer to any behavior that is intended to threaten, intimidate, or harm another person, or that creates a hostile or offensive environment.  


We want Spoutible to be enjoyable for everyone. A place where individuals feel comfortable and safe expressing their diverse opinions and beliefs. Harassment and bullying designed to intimidate, threaten, and scare users will not be tolerated.  

 

Spoutible allows users to remove comments on their posts and block users they don’t want to see. Users can also report harassment and bullying to us, and if those behaviors are found to be in violation of our user policies, those accounts may be temporarily banned or permanently removed.   

 

Examples of harassment and bullying on Spoutible may include: 


  1. Name-calling: Using derogatory or insulting language to attack someone on the basis of their race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristic. 
  2. Threats: Making threats of violence, physical harm, or other forms of retaliation against someone on Spoutible. 
  3. Spreading false information or rumors: Sharing false or damaging information about someone on Spoutible or spreading rumors in an attempt to harm their reputation. 
  4. Cyberstalking: Repeatedly sending messages or making contact with someone on Spoutible, despite being asked to stop. 
  5. Doxxing: Sharing someone's personal information, such as their home address or phone number, without their consent, with the intent of causing them harm. 
  6. Group bullying: Coordinating harassment or bullying against someone as part of a group, using Spoutible as a tool to harass or intimidate. 

Note: These are just examples of the types of behavior that can be considered harassment or bullying on Spoutible


It is important to remember that context matters and that behavior that might not be harassment or bullying in one context could be in another.  


If you come across a post, account, or any other content that you believe violates this policy, please report it to us. Spoutible will review all reports and take appropriate action, including but not limited to removal of the content, disabling the user's account, and reporting the user to law enforcement if necessary. 


Users are solely responsible for the content they post and share on Spoutible and must comply with this policy and all applicable laws. 


This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the law or best practices.
