Promotion of suicide or self-harm 

Users are prohibited from posting, sharing, or otherwise distributing content that promotes suicide or self-harm. Promotion of suicide or self-harm refers to any content that encourages, glorifies, or provides information about methods of suicide or self-harm. 


Examples of content that could potentially be considered promotion of suicide or self-harm on Spoutible include: 


  1. Posts or messages that encourage someone to take their own life, such as "The world would be better off without you," or "Just end it already." 
  2. Posts or messages that glorify or romanticize suicide or self-harm, such as "Death is beautiful," or "Self-harm is a way to feel in control." 
  3. Posts or messages that provide information or instructions on how to engage in self-harm or suicide, such as "Here's how to take an overdose" or "This is the best way to cut yourself." 
  4. Posts or messages that showcase or glorify scars or wounds from self-harm. 
  5. Posts or messages that express a desire to die or hurt oneself, without seeking help or support. 

If you come across a post, account, or any other content that you believe violates this policy, please report it to us. Spoutible will review all reports and take appropriate action, including but not limited to removal of the content, disabling the user's account, and reporting the user to law enforcement if necessary. 


Users are solely responsible for the content they post and share on Spoutible and must comply with this policy and all applicable laws. 


This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the law or best practices.
