Violence 

Users are prohibited from posting or sharing any content that promotes or glorifies violence or that is intended to incite violence or harm to others or themselves.  


Examples of violence on Spoutible may include: 


  1. Threats of violence: Posts or messages that contain explicit or implied threats of violence, such as "I'm going to hurt you" or "I'll beat you up." 
  2. Depictions of violence: Sharing videos or images of real acts of violence, such as fights, assaults, or murders. 
  3. Incitement of violence: Posts or messages that call for violence or encourage others to engage in violent behavior, such as "Let's go start a riot." 
  4. Promotion of self-harm: Posts or messages that encourage others to engage in self-harm or suicide, such as "Just end it all." 
  5. Threats of mass violence: Posts or messages that contain explicit or implied threats of mass violence, such as "I'm going to bomb the school." 

If you come across a post, account, or any other content that you believe violates this policy, please report it to us. Spoutible will review all reports and take appropriate action, including but not limited to removal of the content, disabling the user's account, and reporting the user to law enforcement if necessary. 


Users are solely responsible for the content they post and share on Spoutible and must comply with this policy and all applicable laws. Users may be held legally responsible for any violent content they post on Spoutible. 


This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, laws, and best practices.
